2. Products and Supply

We manufacture and supply stone aggregates, stone chips, river materials, sand, and related construction products. All products are subject to availability and production capacity at our respective units.

Product specifications, grading, and quality standards are maintained as per industry practices. Minor variation in size, color, texture, and moisture content may occur due to the natural characteristics of stone materials.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices may vary based on quantity, location, and market conditions.
• GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law.
• Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
• Advance payment may be required before dispatch.

4. Billing, Challan & Invoice

All sales are supported by a Delivery Challan and Tax Invoice generated through our internal billing software.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information including GST details. Once invoices are issued, corrections may be made only in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

5. Quantity & Weight Variation

Due to the nature of bulk aggregate materials, minor variations in weight or quantity may occur during loading, transportation, or unloading. Such variations shall be considered acceptable within standard industry tolerance limits.

6. Delivery & Risk Transfer

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production schedules, weather conditions, transportation availability, and other operational factors.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once materials are dispatched from our production unit or handed over to the transport provider.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders once confirmed and dispatched cannot be cancelled. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after verification and approval by management.

8. Limitation of Liability

Baba Kailashnath Stone Crusher shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the materials supplied.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or equipment breakdown.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, product descriptions, and branding elements are the property of Baba Kailashnath Stone Crusher and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of West Bengal.
